Where to get the Quezon City Explorer Passport + stamp locations so far

There’s something about getting stamps on a passport that can motivate you to travel, even if it’s just to nearby local destinations.

I recently got hold of the Quezon City Explorer Passport, a handy tourism booklet with maps, detailed entries for different spots around Quezon City, and blank pages where users can collect stamps and stickers as they explore.

As a QC resident, I’ve been to many of the places featured on the passport before, but this is giving me an excuse to revisit some spots and seek out other places I’ve never been to just so I can get the passport stamped. Getting entries can be a fun and fulfilling low-cost activity to do in the city. Most of the places featured are free to visit or have minimal entrance fees.

Anyway, I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about this whenever I share photos online, so I’ve compiled all the relevant info for those who want to get their own passport.

What is the QC Explorer Passport?

The Quezon City Explorer Passport is a tourism initiative by the Quezon City Government designed to encourage tourists to discover the city’s rich heritage and attractions.

The passport features a brief history of Quezon City and highlights key tourism sites, organized into five categories:

It also includes a suggested itinerary to guide visitors during their exploration.

There are entries and blank pages under “Other Interesting Places to Visit.” Aside from stamps, you can attach stickers, tickets, souvenirs, small photos or other souvenirs that will fit. You can also just draw or write notes on the pages. In some spots, you can request site personnel to sign the passports with the date and signature as proof of your visit.

Where did I get the QC Explorer Passport?

Quick backstory. I got my QC Explorer Passport last May 2026 while attending a Digital Heritage Mapping Workshop organized by the QC Tourism and Promotions and the Manila-based The Heritage Collective.

I often use Google Maps to scout for places to explore whenever I plan itineraries and like to design walking, biking, and food trip routes for travel articles I write, so I signed up for this event.

The workshop aimed to equip heritage advocates, tourism practitioners, and local government personnel with tools for heritage documentation and advocacy. We got basic training on how to use Google Maps and learned how digital platforms can help in identifying, documenting, and visualizing heritage resources.

We also walked around New Manila to identify potential heritage assets. The QC Explorer Passport was given to us during the event ahead of its official rollout.

Where can you get the Quezon City Explorer Passport?

According to the official guidelines shared on the social media account of Quezon Heritage House (which incidentally now offers Bambikes for rent), visitors may claim a QC Explorer Passport every Tuesday at participating museums:

To qualify for a passport, visitors must join a guided museum tour, complete the visitor feedback form (to help improve visitor experience and future programs), and follow QC Tourism and participating museum social media pages. Once completed, you can claim your QC Explorer Passport and begin exploring.

Is the QC Explorer Passport free?

Yes, the passport is free for qualifying visitors, but only available in limited quantities, which are detailed below. The participating museums are also free to visit.

Guidelines for claiming the passport

Who can get the Quezon City Explorer Passport?

The QC Explorer passport is suitable for visitors of all ages, and open to both residents and non-residents of Quezon City. Whether you’re a student, a family exploring together, a curious traveler, or a QCitizen looking for a new side quest to do in the city, the QC Explorer Passport invites everyone to experience the city from a fresh perspective.

Personally, I think initiatives like this can be a good boost for local tourism and could encourage people to explore nearby destinations, especially if they don’t know where to go or what to do. It serves as a handy guide for spontaneous trips and is something you can squeeze in as a side quest in between errands where you have a clear mission.

Is there a reward for completing the Quezon City Explorer Passport? While I think the journey itself should be reward enough, you never know. I’ll update this post if I hear anything.

Which attractions on the QC Explorer Passport have stamps so far?

As of June 2026, based on my personal exploration and online tips from other QC Explorer Passport holders, here’s where you can find actual stamps, as a starting point for your journey.

For more information and updates, make sure to follow QC Tourism & Promotions on Facebook. They recently posted a call for stamp rally partners, so we might be seeing more establishments participating in this in the future.
