GIVI, the world’s premier motorcycle accessories manufacturer, recently launched a new top box boasting of revolutionary design and enhanced visibility on the road.
In terms of looks, the top case sports an attractive new design without compromising safety. The polygon exterior of the case is equipped with reflective prismatic elements on each front corner. These elements present a bold façade that aims to enhance the rider’s visibility on the road for added safety.
The case has a large, 42-liter capacity, which can conveniently store one modular helmet or at two demi-jet (open face) type helmets. Additionally, the B42N “Antartica” features the Micro 3 Locking System, a new generation locking system that allows the user to lock their belongings securely.
As with all polymer GIVI cases, the B42N is made from high grade Polypropylene (PP). The type of raw of materials, mix and injection techniques are proprietary to GIVI polymer cases to ensure strength, security and years of reliable service for the rider.
Mr. On Hai Swee, Managing Director of GIVI Asia, expressed confidence that the product will do well despite the current challenging situation given the success of their previous models. “We saw that the E43 became one of the most popular top cases among motorcyclists everywhere. They loved the large capacity and shape as it allowed them to carry almost anything in just one place. Riders of all motorcycles regardless of sizes love it.”
The B42N Antartica has the same large capacity but improves on boxy design and enhanced visibility features, which gives the top case a striking and distinct look that keeps up with changing tastes and customer needs.

The B42N “Antartica” will be on sale from August 2020 at GIVI Points and official dealers nationwide. While the exact price has not yet been announced for the Philippine market, it retails for RM420 in Malaysia (roughly Php 4,863.42). The top case will come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
