Bike-friendly craft beer destinations in and near Manila

For road bikers and urban cyclists, coffee rides have become a big thing for weekends. There are just so many new minimalist cafes that have popped up all over the metro that you can ride to every week just to go somewhere new or hang out on those Tambike rides with friends.

Biking to Wawa Dam & Mt. Parawagan in Rizal

Last year, as pandemic restrictions and border checkpoints started easing, we started biking more to the outskirts of cities whenever possible. Kit Thompson plays Macky, Lianne’s ex-boyfriend and JR’s biking buddy.

While the movie will be shown in cinemas starting February 3, I got invited to watch a special screening on January 13. I don’t want to post any major story spoilers, but I can say that this is the first movie in the country that tackles the biking culture in the Philippines. It features unique travel and biking destinations and excellent cinematography.
