Victory Liner offers P2P Bus from Clark Airport to Dagupan and Subic

One of the main factors that hinders people from booking flights to and from the Clark International Airport is the perceived distance. This airport that serves as an international gateway to the Philippines is located within the Clark Freeport Zone in Angeles City and Mabalacat City, Pampanga. However, it’s easily accessible through the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway, which is connected to the North Luzon Expressway.

With the traffic congestion and overcrowded airports in Metro Manila, flying to and from Clark actually offers a better option for travelers especially those who reside in the Northern areas of the metro like Quezon City and CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela City) area.

Benefits of flying to and from Clark

Based on personal experience, it can take 2-3 hours to get from NAIA to QC during heavy traffic. This is about the same distance as the travel time from QC to Clark Airport. Sometimes it’s even faster and cheaper to get to Clark via the Point-to-Point Bus system rather than having to go through Manila traffic to or from NAIA.

A lot of airlines (PAL Express, Cebu Pacific Air, AirAsia, and more) now offer domestic and international flights departing from Clark including to top local destinations in the country like Kalibo, Caticlan, Puerto Princesa, Iloilo, Tacloban and Davao. They also service international flights here including to Dubai, Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei and Singapore. Usually these flights are much cheaper than those departing from Manila.

While the terminal may be smaller and there are less food choices inside, in general, the lines are shorter, it’s not as crowded, and it’s generally less chaotic than traveling from NAIA. This makes it a convenient and hassle-free alternative to NAIA.

Who should consider flying via Clark

Flying via Clark is a good option for budget travelers and residents of Quezon City and the CAMANAVA (Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela City) area and families who want a less stressful airport experience.

Flying via Clark is also the best option for local travelers and OFWs residing in provinces of Central Luzon like Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales, Subic and Dagupan who are flying to and from the Clark airport.

International tourists who want to skip Manila on their way to destinations in the North by land (such as Baguio, Sagada, Ilocos) can use this as a gateway because of its accessibility to bus terminals in key cities nearby that connect it various destinations.

Victory Liner P2P Premium Point-to-Point Bus Service

For those who are planning to fly via Clark and are worried about the connectivity to the airport, Victory Liner, Inc. now offers Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) trips from Clark to Subic, Olongapo / Dau, Pampanga and Dagupan, Pangasinan. This offers a more convenient & hassle-free journey than taking jeeps or taxis.

Upon arrival at the Clark airport, look for a small kiosk on the left side of the terminal showing the P2P routes. The buses are stationed a short walk down the covered sidewalk / walkway.

The one way fare from Clark to Tarlac just costs P100, Clark to Subic costs P200, Clark to Dagupan costs P300. Their promo rates are very affordable right now compared to the cost of taxis or renting a private van. The buses leave on a fixed schedule regardless of the number of passengers, so it’s reliable.

Unlike waiting for public transportation which requires you to transfer multiple times to get home to your destination or booking Grab (which can be expensive), this offers a more budget-friendly and hassle-free alternative, especially for balikbayans carrying a lot of stuff. Plus, you can sleep in comfort on the aircon bus and use the free WiFi during your trip.

  1. Hello. The Victory Liner buses don’t have a CR inside since the trip from Clark to Dagupan is relatively short – around 3 hours. CRs on buses can usually be found in the longer routes.

  2. So, people in camanava wanting to go to clark csn ride victory liner from caloocan station? Is this trip available now?
