The second edition of the MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu for 2027 has just been unveiled at the MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony, held at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Newport World Resorts. Up from 108 during its inaugural list in 2026, the prestigious list now features 127 establishments, including 10 MICHELIN-Starred, 31 MICHELIN Bib Gourmand (8 New, 2 Promoted), and 86 MICHELIN-Selected (18 new) restaurants across Manila, Cebu, Cavite and Pampanga.
As someone who has been going on a personal side quest to visit all the Michelin restaurants around the Philippines since the inaugural list was released last year, it was an honor to be invited to the Awarding Ceremony for the second year.
