Save the date, foodies! The MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu 2027 restaurant selection is set to be revealed at the MICHELIN Guide Restaurant Ceremony on Thursday, 29 October 2026 at the Manila Marriott Hotel at Newport World Resorts.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the MICHELIN Guide returns to the Philippines for a second year, continuing to shine a spotlight on the country’s rich culinary heritage, warm hospitality, and dynamic new generation of talent.
Nine hotels and resorts in the Philippines have been named under the 2026 MICHELIN Key Hotel selection, which recognizes the most outstanding hotel experiences around the world.
Up from 5 in 2025, the 2026 selection in the Philippines welcomes 5 new entries, reflecting “the country’s growing reputation for exceptional hospitality experiences across urban destinations, island retreats, and luxury resorts.”
Looking for your next Michelin meal in Metro Manila? Diners can enjoy elevated dining paired with San Miguel Premium Beers at Juniper by Josh Boutwood, one of the newly-minted Michelin Selected restaurants in the Philippines. The country’s only Two Michelin-starred chef has curated a special menu of elevated Filipino classics paired with San Miguel Brewery’s world-class brews, available for a limited time only.
The MICHELIN Guide has finally arrived in the Philippines, with nine restaurants in Manila and Environs & Cebu earning prestigious Stars, including one earning Two MICHELIN Stars in its debut year. The first Philippine edition for 2026 includes 108 establishments, including 90 across Manila and Environs and 18 in Cebu.
This is a huge deal for the Philippine food scene. Whether or not you agree with the selection, if you like eating out, you’re probably curious to try some of the restaurants that were recognized and wondering where they’re located.
