According to GoTyme Bank’s Head of Marketing Raymund Villanueva, the partnership brings together three key features of the Gokongwei Group: Cebu Pacific’s mission to fly every Juan, Go Rewards’ meaningful rewards and experiences; and GoTyme Bank’s aim to unlock the Filipinos financial potential through next-level banking.
Rewards will be boosted just by using the GoTyme Bank Visa Debit Card (both physical and virtual) as the method of payment in Cebu Pacific, within the Gokongwei Group of retail stores. This includes Cebu Pacific, Robinson’s Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Caltex, South Star Drug, Rose Pharmacy, Maxicare, Daiso Japan, No Brand, Toys ‘R Us, and many more.
The loyalty program was unveiled to media at an intimate event at the Garden Area of the Palacio de Memoria in Parañaque on February 9. The grounds of the pre-war mansion and parked aircrafts set the stage for fun-filled activities for media guests to win Go Rewards points.
Guests were treated to a flying simulator inside the Mosphil Lounge, a decommissioned Antonov 24 B Russian aircraft, which has been retrofitted for the ground, with interiors inspired by the swinging 60’s and radical 70’s. The aircraft, which was converted into a cocktail bar by Run Rabbit Run (RRR) in 2019, is curated with vintage mid century modern furniture, and curios.
